Key Responsibilities- Provide clear expectations to Operation Leads and team members daily.
- Train, schedule, and motivate employees to achieve their assigned tasks.
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback, including development and corrective action as necessary.
- Support the implementation of company programs and procedures to promote key messages.
- Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and leadership support to team members.
- Analyze operational statistics and address trends, variances, and issues.
- Maintain visibility within the department and foster a collaborative environment.
- Oversee training and development initiatives for employees.
- Protect company assets, including products and technology.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, successfully managing a team.
- 3 years of experience in Distribution or relevant fields, including logistics training or a degree.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Windows and relevant applications, such as WMS systems.
- Capability to measure and enhance departmental performance.
- Flexibility to work in various areas as needed.
- Reliable attendance and accountability to company expectations.
