About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Tiny's No. 5. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating dish machines, restocking supplies, removing garbage, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be expected to adhere to sanitation, safety, and food regulations, as well as perform various cleaning tasks and side work as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
  • Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Remove all garbage and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining restrooms on a daily basis
  • Helps organize and clean the back dock on a daily basis
  • Must adhere to sanitation, safety, and food regulations
  • Various cleaning tasks and side work
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
  • Performs up to company standards and expectations
  • Clear communication and teamwork

Requirements
  • Texas Food Handlers certificate
  • Good memory
  • Flexible availability in scheduling
  • Capacity to multitask
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions

The incumbent will be working in a restaurant setting, on the floor with guests, in the kitchen and dish area. Potential hazards include but are not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.

Physical Requirements

The incumbent is required to stand/walk for long periods of time. Incumbent is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be able to constantly move around in the kitchen.
