As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and triage.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures, technologies, and best practices.
- Associates Degree in Nursing required.
- Active AZ or Compact RN License required.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Emergency Department preferred.
- CPR, ACLS, PALS, HAZMAT, and Handle with Care certifications required within 90 days of hire.
- TNCC Certification required within 1 year of hire.
