We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory - Franchise #0241. As a Fitness Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio.
• Presentation of our concept to interested clients, highlighting the benefits of our fitness program.
• Work at our front desk, answering phones, and responding to client inquiries.
• Provide studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships, promoting our services and driving studio growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Address client concerns in a professional and objective manner, striving for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events, representing our studio and promoting our brand.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
