Our mission is to assist patients in achieving optimal recovery and regaining their desired level of independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a tailored rehabilitation strategy aimed at helping patients restore their well-being through therapeutic exercises and/or the utilization of assistive devices.
- Provide updates on patient progress or challenges to supervisors and collaborate with team members; educate family members or nursing staff on follow-up care.
- Record patient care activities in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
- Ensure that equipment and workspaces are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition.
- Execute job duties in alignment with the organization's Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, relevant professional standards, and applicable laws.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Possession of a current and valid Occupational Therapy license in the relevant state.
- Current certification in CPR.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
