We are seeking a skilled School Nurse to provide health care services to students, staff, and volunteers in our district. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing students' conditions, providing care, and making referrals to medical personnel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' conditions and provide care according to established nursing procedures.
- Administer prescribed medication to students and monitor for side effects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medicines received from parents and dispensed to students.
- Review students' immunization records and refer for follow-up when necessary.
- Conduct basic health screenings and identify and document problems.
- Maintain students' cumulative health records and prepare annual reports.
- Monitor the school environment for safety and provide consultation on injuries and health issues.
- Develop and implement specialized care programs for students with health care problems.

Requirements:
- BSN degree required.
- Two years of nursing experience preferred.
