About the Role

FM Industries is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing preventative maintenance, identifying potential issues, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of various equipment used within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform basic repairs on CNC and conventional machines, part washers, air benches, recyclers, and other production equipment as needed.
  • Assist in performing annual PMs on equipment.
  • Record completion of work orders by documenting in detail the steps taken, parts installed, and repairs performed on all equipment.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or Technical School.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new procedures.
  • Forklift License (preferred).
