Role Overview

About the Job

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will interact with customers, assist with transactions, and maintain visual merchandising displays. You will also be required to work collaboratively with the management team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, including folding and hanging clothing, and arranging visual displays.
  • Ring up sales at registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by adhering to health and safety standards, and reporting any maintenance or cleaning needs to management.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
