About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Access Services. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide behavioral therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions, as well as family therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Current licensure as a Behavioral Therapist or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing behavioral therapy services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
