Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations and activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering overflow calls for Zone Managers and taking customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
  • Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter and keep photographs of homes and new options updated.
  • Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings and type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
  • Check accounts receivables for past dues monies and report problems to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pays attention to detail and has sales support and customer service experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and extreme organization.
