Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all facilities and equipment district wide
  • Perform maintenance repairs to plumbing, heating, electrical equipment, doors, windows, and appliances
  • Repair climate control systems
  • Plow snow if needed
Requirements
  • 3 years industrial/commercial maintenance experience preferred
  • Must possess a Special Class Boiler License or obtain one within 6 months
  • Experience preferred in the following areas: plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Two years vocational degree in building maintenance preferred
  • Must be available for some weekend and night hours when assigned
