Job Title: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Endoscopy department. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Endoscopy department, including pre-procedure preparation, procedure assistance, and post-procedure recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Endoscopy experience and conscious sedation during procedures required within the last 2-3 years.
  • Endoscopy experience within the last 2-3 years required.
  • IV placement skills required.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
