We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at North Idaho Home Health, a part of LHC Group. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Responsibilities:
* Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home
* Instruct patients and their families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment
* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
* Current LPN licensure in the state of Idaho
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
