Job Description

As a Senior Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Your expertise will be invaluable in coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and educating residents on their conditions and treatments. You may also serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of care.

You will function within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state where you practice. Your professionalism and commitment to excellence will be recognized through our adherence to the Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice as published by the American Nurses Association.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold a nationally accredited nursing degree, preferably a Bachelor's Degree, and maintain an active RN license in good standing. Additionally, you should possess at least 3 months of previous experience in Long Term Care, with a preference for 6 months or more.
