Job Summary

We are seeking Sales Consultants who will connect our guests to what matters most by executing Victra's sales process and sharing their product knowledge. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Victra, working in a fast-paced sales environment to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be assigned to a unit of stores consisting of 2-5 stores within a district, regularly scheduled to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by providing exceptional customer service, product benefits, and solution recommendations.
  • Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
  • Create personal connections with guests to make technology look simple and foster a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Assist with merchandising and operational functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
