About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a key member of our hospice care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support and coverage.
  • Collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure comprehensive care and support services are provided to patients and families.
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, with hospice experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25lbs.
