Hunter Wave LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Armed Route Messenger to join our team. As a key member of our field services team, you will be responsible for servicing vending and coin-operated machines at client locations in Alexandria, VA, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Visit assigned routes of small business retail locations to collect accounts receivable and provide status and issue reports.
  • Log and flag technical or location promotion and marketing issues, and ensure hardware and software configuration versions are up to date.
  • Conduct basic repairs and resolve paper jams in hardware, and systematically document all daily collection activities.
  • Use the company's mobile phone application-based system to check in/out at the start/end of the shift and at every location visited.
  • Filling in Location Collection and End of Day/Route reports in the mobile database app, collection, and uploads of the applicable location receipts and other agreed documentation.
  • Endorse/deposit all checks and cash as per agreed process rules daily, and count and submit the cash and supporting documentation to the Cash Collection Point Supervisor or Bank at the end of the shift.
Requirements
  • Prior cash handling experience and prior armed messenger experience are required.
  • Military experience and security experience are preferred.
  • You must have your own car and a valid Driver's License, as well as a Conceal Carry Permit.
  • Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with business owners and managers at the locations is essential.
  • Good numerical and mathematical skills are necessary, and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
