While each day may present unique challenges, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting client discovery discussions alongside sales representatives
  • Engaging with customers to assess their hardware and software requirements
  • Collaborating with the sales team to devise tailored solutions
  • Preparing and delivering presentations on specific products
  • Providing follow-up support to customers post-deployment
  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients
  • Facilitating communication with the technical solutions team to relay essential information
  • Serving as a resource for customers regarding technical inquiries or issues
  • Assisting the technology solutions and/or sales team with technical questions related to our systems and applications

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Prior experience as a solutions engineer is advantageous
  • Familiarity with business hardware and software systems is essential
  • Experience in sales, technology, or education is preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer
  • Capability to lift or move up to 20 pounds in relation to hardware
