Your Role

We are currently seeking an Engineering Intern to join our Community Development team. This part-time internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a supportive environment under the guidance of a Senior Engineer with extensive expertise. You will engage in a variety of projects that may encompass municipal utilities, civil engineering aspects of energy infrastructure, private site developments, and expansions for federal agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed construction plans.
  • Conduct field visits and site assessments.
  • Support design calculations and prepare reports.
  • Assist in generating engineering cost estimates.
  • Perform other entry-level engineering tasks to support infrastructure initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard office applications is advantageous.
Education
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
