Senior Drafting Technician

C Global Inc is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team in the residential construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs and plans for large-scale residential construction projects.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Create accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software
2. Collaborate with construction teams to gather project requirements and ensure designs meet construction needs
3. Develop and modify project drawings to meet required specifications
4. Calculate and document material quantities and dimensions
5. Conduct site visits to collect data and verify conditions
6. Prepare schedules and documentation to support project timelines and client communication

Requirements:

• Degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field
• Expertise in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Revit, and Navisworks
• Familiarity with PROCORE and Leica 360 scans
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and materials
