About the Role

As a Sales Expert at Gap Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a premium shopping experience. You will become an expert in our brand's selling behaviors, leveraging this knowledge to engage with customers and provide personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a role model to achieve priorities in store, with the customer as the primary focus.
  • Support the store leadership team to collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build and share expertise in an assigned specialized functional area.
  • Support completion of work processes before or after the store closes as needed, inclusive of opening and/or closing the store.
What You'll Do

Our ideal candidate has successfully completed job readiness training at one of Gap Inc's nonprofit partners and is an effective communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals. They must also be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, always learning, open to feedback, and takes action as required.
