We're seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Elephant & Co. in Midtown Detroit. As a Pizza Cook, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality Detroit-style pizzas that pair perfectly with our beer offerings.

• Crafting pizzas to perfection, ensuring each bite is baked to a golden crisp.
• Preparing fresh dough to achieve the right texture, crispness, and thickness for our signature pizzas.
• Setting up and stocking stations to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborating with our team of pizza enthusiasts to ensure a smooth operation.
• Preparing ingredients, including dicing, slicing, and mixing.
• Maintaining inventory levels on the line.

• Experience working as a prep cook or line cook, preferably in a pizza kitchen.
• Attention to detail, ensuring every pizza meets our high standards.
• Able to thrive under pressure, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Scheduling availability for nights and weekends.
