Olmsted is seeking a skilled Bartender to enhance our team in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.

• Serve as a leader within the front of house team.
• Collaborate with our Chefs and Head Bartender to develop a cocktail menu that reflects seasonal ingredients.
• Manage inventory and oversee the ordering of spirits.
• Ensure all bar mise en place systems are maintained.
• Train bar staff in mise en place and service execution.
