Job Summary

Schivo Medical is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in manufacturing and supporting the production of medical technology solutions. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC Swiss Screw machines and inspecting finished parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate CNC Swiss Screw machines to produce high-quality parts.
  • Inspection: Conduct dimensional and visual inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Tooling and Maintenance: Change tools, make offsets, and perform minor troubleshooting to maintain machine efficiency.
  • Material Handling: Load material and remove scrap to optimize production.
  • Documentation: Complete paperwork and records to track production and quality control.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience with Swiss Screw Machines (Tornos, Star, Citizen) and lathe/mill turning machines.
  • Skills: Proven experience with Fanuc control, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints (GD&T symbols), and working knowledge of various materials and tools.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for several hours and lift 50lbs.
