Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and guide staff members to enhance their professional development.
  • Supervise and validate staff schedules and payroll documentation.
  • Manage financial objectives and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Facilitate effective communication among staff and address any issues to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the clinical services team to deliver exceptional care to clients.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of leadership experience in a CILA, long-term care, or similar residential environment.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Preferred: ADSP (Authorized Direct Support Person) certification.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
