Job Summary

We are seeking a talented RN-Medical Surgical-Baylor-VNA to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and care for patients with various health problems ranging in severity.
  • Work in cooperation with individual patients, caregivers, and ancillary staff.
  • Advise regarding various modalities to meet patient wellness and illness needs.
  • Teach and support various positive self-care activities.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an NLN accredited school is required.
  • A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Minimum one-year hospital medical/surgical or other relevant nursing experience is required.
  • Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the population of patients served.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database, and electronic records programs is preferred.
  • Current RN Licensure in Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
