JOB OBJECTIVE:

The primary role is to prepare and clear dining tables, maintain service stations, and assist food servers to ensure a delightful experience for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Efficiently remove used table settings and ready tables for new guests. Consistently reset all dining ware as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies at service stations during all meal times, including silverware, linens, and condiments. Clean booths, chairs, and floors as needed.
  • Provide guests with beverages, bread, and butter to enhance their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Support overall guest satisfaction.
  • Transport used tableware from the dining area to the dishwashing section for thorough cleaning.
  • Maintain effective communication with relevant departments.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Food Handlers Certification is mandatory.
  • TABC Certification is required.
