Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiological diagnostic procedures, preparing patients for exams, and operating diagnostic equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling patients, and overseeing patient transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, and moving equipment into place.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment, process images, and prepare rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by practicing radiation safety.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, schedule patients, and oversee patient transportation.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • RT Certification from ARRT is required.
