POSITION OVERVIEW


Execute opening and closing responsibilities, which include preparing necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, securing premises, etc.

Consult with the captain or supervisor prior to concluding your shift. Organize, stock, and uphold work areas. Ensure the availability of ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Clear soiled items from service areas and tables. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of workspaces, bar units, tables, and other equipment, adhering to all set-up protocols.


Adhere to all organizational and safety policies and procedures; report incidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions to management; and complete safety training and certifications.

Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are tidy and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.

Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express gratitude to guests with genuine appreciation.

Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, and collaborate to achieve common objectives. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

The pay range for this position is $14.56 to $16.18 per hour.
