Job Title: Senior CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer to join our team at Jarbo. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to fabricate complex aerospace parts.

Responsibilities:
  • Program C.N.C. machines to produce high-quality aerospace parts
  • Maintain and update all N.C. program files to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Supply machine operators with set-up and run information as required to ensure smooth production
  • Design, draw, and coordinate large tooling fixtures and tooling masters for use on machines
  • Create flat patterns in order to machine parts
  • Improve on old N.C. computer programs to increase productivity and ease of machining
  • Act as liaison between Engineering, Methods and Manufacturing departments to ensure seamless communication
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of CNC programming and operation
  • Strong background in aerospace manufacturing or a related field
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
