Job Title: IT Systems Architect

As a key member of the Contact Government Services, LLC team, you will play a vital role in leading multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to convert business requirements, process workflows, and use cases into a fully functional application.

In this position, you will use an enterprise-level vision to mentor and empower application development teams. As the PEGA architect, you will assist in the development and review of technical deliverables. A successful candidate will have the ability to establish standards, develop repeatable processes, and design reusable components.

A key responsibility for this role is to assist in project planning, including the development of timelines, composition of technical teams, and leveling of resources.
