This position is essential for crafting repair estimates, managing an efficient repair timeline, and formulating suitable repair strategies for vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while supervising the repair journey from initiation to completion.
- Generate estimates in accordance with vehicle specifications and repair protocols.
- Present initial and supplementary estimates to clients throughout the repair process.
- Construct accurate repair strategies for each vehicle based on required repairs.
- Promptly communicate any additional repairs to clients and insurance representatives.
- Respond to client inquiries and furnish necessary information.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the repair process.
- Surpass client expectations upon returning the vehicle.
- Monitor claim funds prior to vehicle collection as required.
- Guarantee that files are finalized and billed for payment as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications.
- Friendly demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CCC estimating software is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and service specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
