  • Present initial and supplementary estimates to clients throughout the repair process.
  • Construct accurate repair strategies for each vehicle based on required repairs.
  • Promptly communicate any additional repairs to clients and insurance representatives.
  • Respond to client inquiries and furnish necessary information.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the repair process.
  • Surpass client expectations upon returning the vehicle.
  • Monitor claim funds prior to vehicle collection as required.
  • Guarantee that files are finalized and billed for payment as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.
  • Friendly demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CCC estimating software is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and service specifications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
