MSI Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled MSI Technician to join our team at Maintenance Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance services and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and general maintenance.

• Perform general maintenance services and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adhere to standard safety procedures and practices.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate leadership qualities.

• High School Diploma.
• 2-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to adapt to changing work demands.
• Stay focused on own work when faced with challenges and/or difficulties.
• Stay open to and learn from feedback.

• Moves, lifts, carries supplies weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance.
• Creates documents, reports, etc. using a writing instrument or computer.
• Ability to enter and locate information on a computer.
• Visually verifies and/or reads information.
• Sits for an extended period of time.

$18 - $22 per hour.
