Responsibilities include:

  • Complete apartment turns, including light carpentry work, drywall repairs, and finish work
  • Repair and replace appliances, electrical, heating, plumbing, and safety equipment
  • Preventive maintenance, including inspecting apartments, buildings, and grounds

Required qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in multifamily maintenance
  • High-volume apartment turnover experience
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload and meet deadlines
