Insurance Sales Director

The Torres Agency LLC is a reputable insurance provider seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Director to spearhead our sales team. This strategic role involves leading a high-performing team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Job Overview
We offer an attractive compensation package, including an estimated $120,000 - $180,000 annual salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Our benefits include a Mon-Fri schedule, hands-on training, career growth opportunities, life insurance, and paid time off (PTO).
Main Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, Train, and Mentor: Help build a strong sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring talented individuals.
- Sales Performance Management: Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure the team meets organizational objectives.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Client Management:
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer retention.
- Customized Solutions: Provide customized insurance products to meet client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market conditions to improve sales performance.
- Regular Reports: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), combined with proven experience as an Insurance Sales Manager or similar role, is required for this position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
