Delivering Advanced Cardiovascular Care as a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist

The Norman Regional Health System seeks a dedicated and skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join its team in delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will play a vital role in preparing equipment and providing patient care in a sterile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare equipment before and during procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assess patient condition and provide tailored care to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a sterile environment to prevent complications and promote healing.

This role requires strong collaboration with cardiologists and electrophysiologists, as well as the ability to mentor new staff and uphold patient safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive training in Radiologic Technology, relevant certifications, and a commitment to professional development and excellent patient care.

Requirements:
  • A completed formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration and/or current RCIS certification.
  • Previous procedural area experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training is required, and ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
