Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in post-acute care facilities
- Create personalized care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents
- Deliver effective treatments and administer medications to each resident
- Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educate residents and family members about best options for care
- Set up, monitor, and maintain medical equipment as needed
- Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Collect and analyze lab samples, such as blood and urine
- Train and supervise nurses and support staff
- Accurately document medical interventions and histories
- Assist with incident investigations
- Current Illinois state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $38-$96
- Choice of facilities and shifts (weekends, overnight, per diem, etc.)
- Weekly or daily pay options
