Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant at the Mass Mutual Center. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high sanitation levels in all food service areas, ensuring that equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

This is a part-time position with an estimated hourly wage of $15-$16 and tip eligibility. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

• Maintain high sanitation levels in all food service areas.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and utensils.
• Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk.
• Utilize and implement M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
