Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swim lessons to individuals of various ages and skill levels.
- Enforce pool policies and procedures, prioritizing participant safety.
- Maintain accurate records of class attendance and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with the Aquatics Director to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- Current certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid.
- Experience instructing swim lessons or coaching aquatic programs.
- A YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor Certification or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. Our organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
