Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with menu selections and meal service based on physician-ordered diet parameters.
  • Help patients make informed menu choices that comply with their dietary requirements and restrictions.
  • Collaborate with nursing units to enhance the patient experience and ensure timely completion of meal processes.
  • Resolve service quality issues and maintain accurate records of patient food preferences, diet orders, and food allergies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • One (1) year customer service related experience
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You must be able to lift or carry up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods. The work environment is primarily indoors with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
