Job Summary:

Troon International is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food to guests promptly after preparation.
  • Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction and make recommendations as needed.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests to stay informed about menu offerings and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our Point of Sales System.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • Valid driver's license required (for operating golf carts and other equipment).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
