About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to work as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant in our dynamic team. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients in their homes, focusing on improving their functional abilities and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with our supervising PTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on proper exercise techniques, safety measures, and overall wellness strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, empathy, and respect among team members.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $54,000 - $62,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • A current license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Georgia.
