Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - RevOps

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at CAI. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Salesforce system, particularly in Marketing and Sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and enhance sales productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Analyze existing RevOps processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of RevOps initiatives.
  • Oversee the Deal Desk function, including contract review, pricing analysis, and deal approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain standardized deal management procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide support to sales teams on deal-related inquiries and issues.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other reporting tools to gather and analyze sales data.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of RevOps and Deal Desk functions.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands:

The ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
