Budtender & Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Budtender & Cashier to join our team at The Evergreen Market Co. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with daily retail operations, and develop positive relationships with customers, teammates, and managers.

• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service and attention to all customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support the team in executing daily retail operations.
• Cash Handling: Accurately operate the cash register and handle transactions with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with varying hours and days to meet business needs.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Embrace and promote diversity in the workplace, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer Service Mindset: Possess a strong customer service orientation and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
• Cash Handling: Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and operating the cash register.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30lbs, and stand for extended periods of time (8 hour shifts).
• Background Check: Must be willing to participate in a background check and comply with all company policies and procedures.
