Job Summary

The Data Integration Lead Analyst is a critical role within the organization, responsible for facilitating the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement, and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan. This position requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings.
  • Project Evaluation: Examine and evaluate project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads.
  • Presentation Development: Determine the appropriateness of presentation content and materials for Governance forums and guide revisions/refinement as needed.
  • Program Management: Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, including allocating/coordinating work within the team or project group.
  • Issue Resolution: Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems and interpreting/advising on policies, guidelines, or processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments and serve as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
  • Analysis and Execution: Independently conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives, including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy.
  • Business Requirements: Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes.
  • Strategic Design: Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions, working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations.
  • Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance, preferably.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Adaptability: Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Business Acumen: Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Data Knowledge: Familiarity with data concepts.
  • Communication: Communicates effectively, develops, and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels.
Education
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.
