We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Migration Consultant to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing sales support throughout the sales cycle, focusing on the development of complex applications or solutions for our customer base.

• Assist the pursuit team in identifying, qualifying, and quantifying new business opportunities, including competitor systems.
• Collaborate with the pursuit team throughout the sales cycle to develop strategy, tactics, and scope of pursuits.
• Utilize in-depth product and competitor industry knowledge to deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, potentially requiring coordination with Portfolio and Industry Marketing.
• Apply industry, technical, and company knowledge to identify and recommend integrated solutions, migration solutions, products, and services that support the company's business goals or technical needs.
• Participate in quote preparation, specification responses, and technical definition with responsible individuals, including site system walkdowns and specific data collection.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our Competitive Migration plug-in IO solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on competitor DCS Solutions and promote company ability, reputation, products, systems, new techniques, and other specialized technical knowledge throughout the industry.
• Write and/or present technical or industry solution papers.
• Assist in the coordination of major projects and keep abreast of competitor migration offerings that may require modifications and enhancements to our current Plug-in IO Module Migration offerings.

• At least 5 years' experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), with the Foxboro family of offerings and competitor systems.
• Strong operational or domain expertise in major industries, including Chemical, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Biofuels, and/or Refining sectors.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering, with a graduate degree considered a major plus.
• Expertise in distributed control systems (DCS) and strong knowledge of the Foxboro product family.
• Ability to demonstrate the key differentiators/value statement of our Competitive Migration offerings with genuine passion and conviction.
• Background in R&D or Development activities a major plus.
• Experience with competitor products a major plus.
