Diesel Mechanic Job Description

As a Diesel Mechanic at Transdev, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure our customers' vehicles are safe and reliable. Your duties will include diagnosing and repairing brakes, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission clutches, and other repairs accurately. You will also maintain records of all maintenance work completed, including parts and supplies used. Additionally, you will complete preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.

Requirements:
* A valid CDL B driver's license with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements is required within 6 months of hire
* Must participate in company ASE certification program (company training, testing, and bonuses provided)
* Subject to DOT drug testing
