Key Responsibilities

  • Network with contractors and farmers to educate them on the benefits of using Springfield Plastics pipe
  • Increase market share in assigned territory
  • Maintain existing customer relationships
  • Travel to company headquarters as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the agriculture and sales industry
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and other sales and customer service staff
  • Organizational skills, including being highly detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Ability to schedule daily tasks and follow up as needed
  • Knowledge of computers and smartphones necessary for organizational leadership and effective communication
  • Willingness to learn and follow Customer Relationship Management software, calls logs, and advanced sales training
  • Daily travel within assigned territory
  • Seasonal trade show attendance
  • Valid Driver's License

Compensation

Salary plus commission, paid company vehicle, full benefits package including company-paid employee health, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401K/Profit sharing
