Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at Thermoid. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including complaints and returned products.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance product quality and prevent defects.
  • Review and approve standard operating procedures, work instructions, and validation plans.
  • Collaborate with production operators and other departments to improve quality processes.
  • Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining calibration of gauges and equipment.
  • Manage customer returns and internal quality on-hold products.
  • Prepare certifications and documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • Advanced skills with MS Office products.
  • Effective communication and decision-making skills.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to use hand tools and climb equipment.
  • Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
  • Ability to wear personal protective gear.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
