- Develop and implement processes to enhance product quality and prevent defects.
- Review and approve standard operating procedures, work instructions, and validation plans.
- Collaborate with production operators and other departments to improve quality processes.
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining calibration of gauges and equipment.
- Manage customer returns and internal quality on-hold products.
- Prepare certifications and documentation as required.
- Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
- Advanced skills with MS Office products.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use hand tools and climb equipment.
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
- Ability to wear personal protective gear.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
