We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the overall success of our department.
Responsibilities- Direct patient care and provide education to patients and families
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State
- Minimum 3 years of experience in acute care setting
- Leadership experience and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
